Which buyers fit our product?

Criteria you agree, like channel, region, store count and shelf price, applied to every candidate.

Is this distributor a safe partner?

Coverage, terms, references and red flags checked before you sign.

What happens after the sample goes out?

A follow-up on a set date, every reply on the buyer's page and a decision recorded for each.

Stage overview

We agree buyer criteria with you, research and check candidates, reach out, track the samples you approve and follow up, and vet distributors before you sign. Every buyer and reply is tracked in hubOS Partner Hub.

The screens on this page use made-up sample data.

Each answer is kept on the buyer's or distributor's page in Partner Hub, so your headquarters can see why a company is on the list.

Questions

Do you promise meetings or orders?

No. We do the research, outreach and follow-up, and you see every email, reply and sample in Partner Hub. Whether a buyer meets or orders is the buyer's decision.

Who writes and sends the emails?

We write them with you and send them from hubOS. Replies are saved on the buyer's page in Partner Hub, where your team can read them and answer.

How do you vet a distributor?

We check three candidates in depth: where they sell, their terms, references and any red flags, with a 90-minute call each. You get a written comparison and make the decision, with legal review before signing.
